Metered costs — AI generation, speech, email — are read live from the ledger as they are incurred, and infrastructure (hosting, domains, and the like) is included in the totals at its current run-rate, so any deficit it creates is recouped before there is a surplus to divide. The founder's time is contributed, not billed. The mission is sustainability, not profit.
